MEMPHIS, Tenn. (October 1, 2025) — Fogelman, one of the country’s largest privately-owned and fully integrated multifamily investment and property management companies, has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of Kristy Heuberger as President of Investment Management and the promotion of Justin Marshall to President of Property Services.
Heuberger brings nearly 30 years of real estate and investment management experience to her new role. She most recently served as Co-Head of the Americas and Head of Asset Management at LaSalle Investment Management, where she oversaw $30 billion in AUM and led a team of more than 250 real estate investment professionals. In the newly created role, Heuberger will lead Fogelman’s investment management platform, overseeing transactions, portfolio management, asset management, capital formation and investor relations. She will be based in Fogelman’s Atlanta office.

Marshall’s leadership will be pivotal in continuing to deliver for the company’s clients and growing property services as demand increases for cycle-tested and high-quality property and construction management operators.
