Mike Aiken is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and closing of Fogelman’s real estate acquisitions.
Mike has been in the real estate industry since 2005, most recently serving as Director of Investments at Bell Partners, where he covered most of Fogelman’s same target acquisition markets. Prior to Bell, Mike held positions at Cousins Properties and Eastdil.
Mike earned his MBA degree from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and undergraduate degree from Georgia State. Mike serves as board member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) Emerging Leaders program.
