Melissa is responsible for the strategy and leadership of Fogelman’s corporate departments, including human resources, marketing, and technology services, providing company-wide oversight in support of Fogelman’s Property Services and Investment Management platforms. She is also a member of Fogelman’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Fogelman, Melissa held various roles in operations, training, and IT at Summit Properties and Insignia Management. She earned a BS in Business and Economics from Randolph-Macon College and is a frequent speaker at national industry events, as well as a contributor to publications such as Units Magazine and Multifamily Executive.
