Justin Marshall is responsible for leading Fogelman’s property operations, construction management, and client relations overseeing the management of more than 30,000 apartment homes. He is also a member of Fogelman’s Executive Committee. Prior to being named President, Property Services, he served as Chief Operating Officer, playing a key leadership role in driving operational strategy and performance across the Fogelman portfolio.
Before joining Fogelman, Justin was President of TriBridge Residential Management in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Emory University. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
