Fogelman CARES

The Fogelman family and our company have a well-known tradition of philanthropy and community support that spans decades. Fogelman CARES was established in 2008 as a formal structure for Fogelman associates to directly support their local communities through active volunteerism and fundraising.

Hands on Volunteerism

Fogelman CARES provides opportunities for associates to become directly involved with local charities. We encourage and support the importance of volunteerism by providing 8 hours of paid time annually for volunteering.

Team Approach

Fogelman CARES brings together not only the Fogelman team, but also provides opportunities for our residents, vendors, and other partners to work with us on our hands-on volunteerism and fundraising efforts.

Associate-Led Programs

Fogelman CARES encourages our associates to select the local causes that they want to support - whether hosting a charitable volleyball tournament, collecting Toys for Tots, building homes for Habitat for Humanity, or volunteering at a 5k race.

Other Community Partnerships

Outside our annual initiatives, Fogelman has been the corporate adopter of Richland Elementary School for over 30 years and is a founding partner of Homes Fit for Heroes, which provides temporary housing for wounded members of the special forces of our military.

A History of CARES

Fogelman CARES was created in 2008 as way to formalize our associate-led charitable initiatives. Each year Fogelman CARES selects and partners with a national charity that is also represented in each of our markets.
