FIELD CAPTIAL TECHNICIAN - Memphis Corporate - This position will be directly responsible for the evaluation, scheduling, administration, timely implementation, and ongoing communication related to certain capital improvement projects identified by the Construction Managers. Identified Projects will include both traditional construction projects (ex: asphalt, roofing, exterior siding/painting) and “value add/enhancement” projects (ex: clubhouse renovations, interior apartment upgrades) relating to both currently managed assets as well as new acquisition assets. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction field, excellent communication and time management skills, is a critical thinker with good decision-making skills and has the ability to travel 90% of the time.
